The Omni Hotel, featuring all luxury suites, was looking to upgrade existing wireless coverage at their Michigan Ave. location in Chicago. The hotel is located in the heart of the Magnificent Mile with easy access to some of Chicago’s finest shopping, parks, museums and some of the most beautiful areas of Chicago’s lakefront.
Wireless Concepts International, LLC designed and installed one of its turnkey IBS solutions allowing cellular access throughout the hotel and luxury suites in 2011. Guests, employees and visitors can now access anytime and anywhere voice and high speed data services from one of the major carriers. As of late 2013, the hotel now has voice and 4G LTE data coverage on the 3rd and 4th floors (Registration Lobby, Ballroom, Meeting Rooms) and all luxury suites on the 5th-25th floors.
